Manual feeding station
The manual feeding station (manual unpacking station and manual unpacking machine) is a manual equipment used to manually dump small bags of powder or granular materials into the downstream hopper. It makes the materials fall into the storage hopper by gravity through manual bag unpacking and automatic dumping and other steps to complete bag unpacking and unloading. The equipment is equipped with a dust filter cleaning device and a back blowing system, which is used to filter out the dust generated during the dumping process and discharge the clean exhaust gas into the atmosphere, so that the manual can work easily in a clean environment.
Unpacking and Feeding Station
Ton bag unpacking machine is mainly for large bags of packaging powder, granular materials for unpacking and unloading. The ton bag unpacking machine lifts the materials packed in the ton bag to the feeding port. After manually disassembling the feeding port of the packaging bag, the flow control valve and the attached vibrating feeding device are opened to urge the powder and granular materials in the packaging bag to fall into the hopper below through their own weight.
Fully automatic package unpacking machine
The full-automatic unpacking machine is used for automatic unpacking and unloading of small bags of powdered granular materials. It uses the belt conveyor to automatically feed the bag, the cutter device to automatically break the bag, the roller screen to automatically separate the bag material, the unloading and other steps. The material falls into the storage hopper by gravity to complete the bag unloading work. The dust generated in the operation is filtered by the dust removal device, so that workers can work in a clean environment.
Negative pressure vacuum conveyor
Vacuum conveyor is a kind of vacuum conveying equipment for granular, powder and granular powder mixture. It can automatically transport the material to the required storage hopper, and can also transport the mixed material to the mixer. Reduce the labor intensity of workers, but also to solve the feeding time workshop dust overflow and other issues.
Screw conveyor
The screw conveyor relies on a tubular screw to propel the powder particles forward in the tube shell to form a column for feeding and at the same time prevent air from channeling. For materials with strong viscosity and easy winding, a shaftless spiral structure can be used.
Positive pressure sending tank
Positive pressure delivery tanks are usually used for long conveying line distances and very fine, granular, abrasive, non-abrasive, fragile and difficult to convey materials.
