The conveying pipeline has been kept in a storage state since the beginning of conveying, and the conveying pipeline is always fully loaded at the beginning and end of the conveying pipeline.

Workflow

 

Through the double butterfly valve or expansion butterfly valve, the material is added into the sending tank under the action of gravity, and the replaced air is released through the exhaust valve, thus making the feeding easier.

Once the delivery tank is full (up to 80% of the tank volume), the feed valve and exhaust valve are immediately closed and sealed. The inlet valve is then opened and compressed air is added to the delivery tank to displace the material. At this time, the internal pressurized delivery is carried out by the booster along the pipeline. When the sending tank is not completely empty but has reached the low material level, the supply of compressed air is immediately closed and the transportation of materials in the pipeline is stopped. At this time, the feed valve is opened to feed the tank, and the gas in the tank is released through the emptying valve. Since the pipeline remains fully loaded, there is no time loss on the emptying and filling pipeline, and the gas consumption is also less, which is more suitable for long-distance transportation of a single variety of materials.
