Automatic feeding system of an enterprise in Zhejiang

This project is Shanghai Aifeng automatic feeding system, mainly used for the production of 12-inch polishing film pilot line, process technology from Japan, Aifeng company directional research and development. This project mainly realizes the automatic measurement and addition of powder and additives, and strictly eliminates the purity of metal ions to achieve 99.999% in the production process.

　　

 

The automatic feeding system will first automatically identify the materials. Through the introduction of bar code, RFID and other technical means, the location, quantity and parameter information of each material can be quickly and accurately identified, and the automatic identification of different material elements can be realized. When the material is identified, the system will automatically assemble and use automated equipment to complete various operations of the material, such as sorting, packaging, metering, etc., to realize the rapid transportation of the material; it realizes the intelligent scheduling of the material through the automated control system; through a high degree of automation control technology, such as PLC, PC and other equipment, to achieve precise control of material supply.
