In the design process, full consideration of the agitator speed, mixing power, dispersion line speed, suspension level, liquid flow pattern and the distribution of turbulence intensity in the barrel and other factors, the dispersion of high linear speed up to 25 m/s, enhanced twist frame can handle any high viscosity slurry. The new mixing method-twist frame rotates clockwise and its rotation is counterclockwise to ensure uniform mixing and no "climbing" phenomenon.
In terms of sealing: mechanical seal plus soft and static seal to ensure vacuum-sealing performance increased by 20%. The temperature sensor directly contacts the material, the measurement is more accurate, the reaction speed is faster, and the error is only between ± 0.5 ℃. This machine is composed of base, beam, column, sealing cover, material cylinder, transmission and electric control system.
